Property Manager (Multi-site)

Position Title: Property Manager (Multi-site)Responsibilities:Maintain high occupancy and manage online listings.Conduct property tours and ensure a smooth move-in process.Enforce policies, collect rent, and manage delinquent accounts.Maintain resident files and ensure property cleanliness and curb appeal.Oversee maintenance requests and keep residents informed.Regularly inspect the property and address any issues.Perform light caretaker duties (e.g., vacuuming entryways, maintaining office space).Requirements:4-5 years of property management experience preferred.High School Diploma required.Yardi Breeze experience & Fair Housing knowledge preferred (training provided).Valid Driver's License & ability to pass a background check required.Details:Pay: $52k- $58kSchedule: Mon-Thurs, Sat (9 AM - 6 PM, subject to change).Location: Split between Edina & MinneapolisType: Direct Hire.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
