They are building out a team of highly technical ML engineers comprised of established industry experts constructing an entirely new architecture from the ground up. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models using a variety of algorithms, including Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent SystemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to develop and integrate ML modelsCreate and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable model deployment, monitoring, and iterationArchitect custom hardware accelerators or software frameworks to optimize ML model performancePerformance engineering work and evaluations to put models into productionQualificationsAdvanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.5-10+ years of relevant ML experienceDeep understanding of MLOps including Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent Systems Software-hardware co-development is the ideal experience (SW-only expertise is also relevant)Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniquesStartup mentalityRelevant companies include: AI startups, Research Labs, and Hyperscalers
