Position: Quality Control Inspector - Machine ShopLocation: Hampton, VA 23666Job Type: Full-timeExpected Hours: 40 per weekAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to ensure the precision and quality of components produced in our machine shop. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical drawing interpretation skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform dimensional, workmanship, and final inspections using tools such as CMM, micrometers, gauges, and terpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure production accuracy and compliance.Document inspection findings and provide quality control reports using Microsoft Office and PC-Dmis.Enforce inspection standards, ensuring products meet and exceed quality requirements.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (2+ years).Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC-Dmis.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Collaborative team environment focused on quality.Professional growth prehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, life insurance, and more.Additional Requirements:Ability to commute or relocate to Hampton, VA 23666.
