Your role will directly impact revenue growth and client service by ensuring that cases are referred to the best possible legal partners. You'll analyze performance, nurture existing partnerships, and seek out new opportunities to expand the firm's network.Responsibilities include:Maintaining and strengthening relationships with partner law firms that refer personal injury casesDeveloping new partnerships to increase the volume of inbound case referralsOverseeing and holding accountable law firms that receive referral cases from our clientAnalyzing partner law firm performance based on revenue generated, efficiency, and client service qualityIdentifying and establishing partnerships with firms specializing in niche legal areas to maximize revenue potentialRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field5+ years of experience in sales, management, legal industry, or an advanced degree (MBA, JD, Master's, etc.)Excellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to work effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbout the Hiring Company:Our client, Lowe Law Group, is a respected personal injury law firm dedicated to helping clients across the country receive the compensation they deserve.
