If you are interested in contributing to a member-centric, creative, and collaborative workforce while deeply influencing top leaders and institutions in healthcare, THMA could be the right place for you!Position Summary:The Account Manager works to serve existing members and is responsible for expanding the reach of THMA by growing our member base in a defined territory segment.Primary Job Duties:Develop and execute strategic plan for selling or renewing memberships and solutions within an assigned member poolCreate account plans that drive revenue growth in territory through creation and renewal of enterprise level relationships, acquisition of new members and cross-sell in existing member accountsConduct consultative one-on-one and small group onsite presentations to educate prospective members on our servicesDevelop and nurture relationships with CXO audiencesLeverage understanding of the priorities, challenges, and opportunities within your market segment and effectively map to Academy solutionsCollaborate with other internal departments to facilitate renewalsFacilitate a smooth hand-off of closed business to internal service delivery teams while continuing to advise and support on member satisfaction, renewal planning and future growth potentialMinimum Qualifications:6+ years of sales and account management experience in a complex and consultative environmentKnowledge of healthcare industry strongly preferredDemonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals andor quotasSalesforce Experience preferredThis role is hybrid and requires at least 2 days a week in the officeInterpersonal Skills & Attributes:CollaborativeCustomer-focusedStrategic mindsetAbility to communicate persuasively with senior executivesTeam approach to working with othersAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent communication and client facing skillsExcellent organizational skillsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
