Our client is a 30-year-old privately held supplier of fiber cement architectural cladding products serving the US and Canada. This is a great opportunity to get in with a family-oriented company who prides themselves on promoting from within. Industry experience won't be necessary; this individual will be able to train up quickly and hit the ground running. Responsibilities:Manage inbound customer and vendor activityMaintain and order office suppliesManage sample distribution for prospects and clientsSend out sample requestsOrganize and maintain sample inventoryOrder samples when neededAssist Sales Coordinators and the Lead Project CoordinatorQualifications:Basic understanding of the supply chain process and familiarity with the suppliers and OEMsProficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as outstanding written and communication skillsMust be detailed oriented, skilled at multitasking, and an excellent problem solverPassion for team environments and building robust relationships across the organizationSelf starter and a willingness to learn
