We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with clients in the Industrial Weighing and measurement sector.* This is an outdoor sales position for the industrialmanufacturing industry*DutiesManage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify and develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networkingNegotiate service agreement scope and pricing with clients to secure profitable accountsWork closely with the sales and operations team to develop strategies for increasing market share and driving revenue growthPerform daily sales, marketing, and follow-up activities to generate sales of industrial scales, weighing systems, laboratory balances and force measurement equipmentCreate Sales Quotations based on understanding of customer needs andor in response to RFPsRFQsUse a CRM system and company specific appstools on a daily basis to log customer visits, quotes, and other relevant sales dataMeet sales goals set forth by the Regional Sales ManagerRoutinely report on the status of accounts and transactionsFollow up on company provided or factory provided sales leadsUnderstand and comply with Corporate Quality Management System objectives and processesBe a source for information from the field relating to safety, products, competitors, markets, etc.Attend sales training sessionsParticipate in the on-call rotation for salesmenOccasionally assist service personnel with installationsSkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in outside industrial sales.Proven track record of managing complex accounts, achieving growth goals, and high levels of customer satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholdersStrong proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite and familiarity with industry-specific softwareResults-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumenDetail oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsElectrical and mechanical aptitude, basic understanding of electronic and mechanical conceptsAbility to read and understand sales equipment specifications and basic technical manual proceduresStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challengesOther RequirementsValid driver's license in good standingAbility to pass a Pre-Employment Background ScreenBe a positive company brand representative and exemplify the values of integrity, initiative, teamwork, quality, leadership, accountabilityPerform all job duties SAFELY including ability to lift and walk 50 feet with 50 poundsWork outdoors in cold and hot temperatures.Able and willing to travel across the South Atlantic region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support multiple service locations.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesCommission pay
