The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsMastery in both verbal and written communication.Have to be Technologically Proficient! Ability to understand and convey the Founder's priorities and messaging accurately.Proven ability to manage complex schedules, appointments, and projects.Strong attention to detail to catch errors before they reach the Founder.Anticipates needs, challenges, and roadblocks and addresses them before they become fortable making quick, well-informed decisions independently.Willing to adjust to changing priorities and schedules without hesitation.Open to working flexible hours or performing tasks outside the traditional job scope when needed.High degree of integrity and understanding of confidentiality protocols.Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.Can manage their own tasks while maintaining the Founder's schedule, prioritizing effectively to meet fortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and able to learn new tools quickly.Skilled in communication tools (e.g., email management, virtual meeting software) to facilitate smoothGenuinely enjoys supporting and ensuring the happiness of others.Willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the Founder's preferences and requests.Ability to tackle tasks and find solutions without constant direction.Seeks opportunities to improve processes and make the Founder's day-to-day life easier.Polished presentation and attitude that reflects the Founder's values and company culture.Able to interact with clients, executives, and staff professionally.Recognizes and responds to the Founder's needs, emotions, and stress levels.Maintains a positive, calming influence in high-stress situations
