Outside Sales Representative

Position: Outside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Orange, CA Status: Full-time, ExemptSalary Range: $90,000 - $95,000+ bonus depending on the sales resultStart Date: ASAPJob SummaryThis position is responsible for coordinating sales objectives and marketing programs to our network of customers and distributors. The main initial focus will be within the assigned market, but additional work in other channels may be required. Must work successfully with our brokers and their sales personnel in order to build and increase sales. The employee is required to travel by auto andor airplane for work related meetings.General Accountabilities• Maintain high level of activity within the assigned market territory• Work with current customers to promote and increase the sales of products• Work with food service distributors and their sales teams• Develop new customers through creative marketing and diligent follow up• Build and maintain business relationships with large regional and national accounts• Coordinate marketing programs and company promotions• Instill initiative, focus and enthusiasm within our broker community• Execute defined sales strategies within your territory• Meet sales objectives and corporate goals• Prioritize activity and manage work schedule effectively• Plan and attend localregionalnational trade shows and food shows• Overnight travel 25-40%• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Job Qualifications• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.• Experience: 3 years of related experience.Skills• Successful history of meeting sales goals to large regional and national accounts• Excellent communication skills• Excellent computer skills• Clean driving record, and ability to travel by car andor plane for long durations• Ability to carry 50 lbs., and set up trade materials equipmentTo apply, please send your resume to .
