Property Manager Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and condition aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. Must resolve issues within allowed time. ResponsibilitiesAssist all vendors with property issuesManage property condition and maintenanceSolve all maintenance requests filed by property tenantsSupervise vendor and quality of work.perform home inspections when requested and address condition of homes.This is NOT a 9-5 job.
