Executive Administrative AssistantLocation: Boise, ID (On-Site)Reports to: Founding PartnersCompany OverviewTELEO Capital is a private equity firm specializing in lower middle-market investments across technology & software, healthcare IT, business services, and industrial sectors. The firm is known for executing corporate carve-outs, recapitalizations, founder-owned company acquisitions, and buy-and-build strategies. TELEO Capital is headquartered in Boise, ID, with an additional office in Los Angeles, CA.Role SummaryThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Founding Partners and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Principal DutiesManage executives' calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts efficiently.Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.Screen phone calls, manage email communications, and act as a liaison between executives and anize and maintain confidential files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.Coordinate office operations, including supply management, vendor communications, and office logistics.Assist in event planning, including board meetings, investor meetings, and company functions.Handle expense reports and reimbursement processing in a timely manner.Provide project support as needed, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Experience in private equity, finance, or professional services is a plus.Why Join TELEO Capital?Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic private equity environment.Fast-paced, collaborative workplace with opportunities for professional petitive compensation and benefits terested candidates should submit their resume detailing their qualifications and experience.
