What's Awesome About Our Client?Production position that gives you a real voice in how things operateAccess to cutting-edge manufacturing teamResponsible for a product that is highly regarded in the industryWhy this job - PRODUCTION MANAGER:Leading manufacturer in Gallatin Valley that specializes in high end products in the construction supply industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team.This is a hands-on, floor-based role where collaboration and efficiency are the key to success.This role will have you overseeing the daily operations of the shop, lead a team with multiple departments, manage the schedule and ensure that quality and safety are the top priority for the this role, you'll be reporting directly to the CEO who will listen to your ideas and suggestions. The company has been also growing heavily year over year and there is plenty for this role to grow with it. What You'll Actually Do:Oversee the production team, including hiring, training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Supervise quality assurance processes and reinforce product quality checks.Develop production schedules to ensure workflow coverage for upcoming weeks.Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment.Maintain shop supply inventory and collaborate with purchasing to ensure materials are adequately stocked.Continuously evaluate production processes, implement lean manufacturing principles, and develop new methods to increase productivity.Utilize proprietary software for configuration, scheduling, shipping, and production management.To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated leadership and the ability to lead a teamComputer proficiency including MS Office SuiteLean Manufacturing preferredWhere and How Much:Target Compensation $80-90K plus bonus100% onsite Health Insurance Reimbursement
