Title: Project Manager - Change ManagementLocation: Hybrid at Indianapolis, IN 46204Duration: 8 MonthsProsci certificationequivalent Change Management experience.Job Summary:The Lead, Change and Enablement will support the execution of enterprise-wide programs of varying complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for Sellers and Operators by leading one or more change and enablement workstreams based on project complexity.Key Responsibilities:Support the L2C domain for Global Seller Experience, Tooling, and Operators workstreams, assisting in the execution of enablement strategies and objectives for the Global Seller organization in close collaboration with Q2C.Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Business Technology (BT), Global Enablement, Change Management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and adoption.Contribute to the development of enablement management strategies to support successful transitions, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training.Assist in drafting and deploying targeted messaging and training materials to build awareness, knowledge, and skills for key stakeholders.Apply project management skills to track progress, manage risks, and escalate potential issues throughout the end-to-end change management process.Work closely with the Change Management team to identify and resolve any challenges during the product lifecycle.Provide regular updates to project teams and senior executives, ensuring strategic alignment.Support the creation of executive presentations, enablement materials, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Onboarding teams to develop training programs that enhance understanding of deal lifecycles, including Train the Trainer, Just-in-Time (JIT) Training, and True-Up Training.Collect and analyze Sales feedback through cases, surveys, and training assessments to continuously improve enablement offerings.Develop and implement learning solutions through various formats, such as podcasts, how-to videos, and interactive learning experiences.Identify gaps in the Seller experience and contribute to the creation of effective enablement programs.Maintain strong relationships with operational teams, including TOPS, Data Quality, SOPs, C&C, and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.5+ years of experience developing and supporting the implementation of training or change management strategiesFamiliarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices.Experience assisting in enterprise-wide initiatives related to training, organizational change, and learning enablement.Ability to diagnose and articulate business problems while providing effective change readiness recommendations.Prosci certification or equivalent Change Management experience.Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills across workstreams based on program goals and milestones.Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams within a large, matrixed organization.Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and measure the impact of change and enablement programs at scale.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional technologies, or digital enablement tools.Prior experience using Adobe Workfront to track project workflows and approvals.Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack for real-time communication and project coordination.Knowledge of Asana or other project management software for tracking enablement deliverables.
