ZMC approaches its investments in collaboration with management teams and has a successful track record of actively adding value to portfolio companies.Overview Responsibilities:InProduction is seeking a strategic and high-impact Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth. This individual will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of InProduction, providing operational leadership and helping drive the execution of key initiatives alongside other members of the executive team. Additionally, the CFO will be responsible for the following:Actively contribute to the commercial and strategic goals of the Company by collaborating with the CEO and Board to execute the Company's operating and growth strategies.Develop and implement the budget and a robust strategic financial plan, in alignment with InProduction's growth prioritiesOversee all aspects of accounting and finance, including the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual management board financial reporting, budget variance and reforecastingImplement a core set of operating KPIs across the business and evaluate the performance of the Company against these goals and success metrics. Drive the use of financial measures to implement transparency and improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cost structuresOversee all aspects of financial management, including treasury and cash management, and relationships with external financial advisorsMaintain relationships with financing sources on a monthly and quarterly basis, including certification of customary reporting and compliance; ensure sound cash flow planning processesImplement and enhance finance, ERP, accounting and control systems, processes, and business intelligence tools to increase reporting efficiencyLead annual audit process with external auditors and coordinate with Board around annual audit processLead tax planning, preparation, and reporting for the CompanyEnsure legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functionsDevelop financial analysis and models that support decision-making across pricing, contract negotiations, equipment investments and other operational areasMaintain outstanding relationships and strategic alliances with external vendors and business partnersBuild highly productive and positive working relationships with other Executive Team members and proactively seek to support and enable their successProvide strong and energizing leadership to the Company and be perceived as an approachable and enthusiastic contributorLead coordination with legal counsel on customer vendor contract forms and negotiationsSupport any M&A processes the Company is involved in through financial analysis and post-closing integrationQualifications:Prior CFO experience at PE-backed Company requiredExperience leading and building a finance teamExperience with PE acquisitions exitsExperience leading Company financings or capital raisesExperience with project-based revenue recognition and accounting is highly valuedHas extensive background working with various financing partners, complex capital structures, and financing documentationCorporate development andor strategy experience is highly valuedM&A experience and leadership is highly valuedExperience at organizations with greater than $100mm in RevenueAn understanding of and experience in negotiating insurance policies is highly valuedStrong analytical and forecasting skillsEffective planning, organizational and problem-solving skillsLeadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team membersDemonstrate a high level of business acumenEngage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgementPossess solutions-oriented mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, change management expertise and strategic thinking skillsA team player, enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, responsive, innovative, service-driven, and effectively anticipates and prioritizes work and meets deadlinesAbility to build and maintain strong personal relationshipscredibility with management and relevant stakeholdersProven self-starter with entrepreneurial DNA, coupled with the ability to fit into an existing structure within an established CompanyExcellent listening skills and clear, confident communication, both externally and internallyCompensation$300,000 - $350,000 salary, in addition to a performance-based bonus and significant equity packageWe believe that a diverse workforce contributes different perspectives and creative ideas that enable us to continue to innovate and improve every day.
