This role is pivotal in driving business development, client relationships, and overall sales execution.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can guide client direction, ensure flawless execution, and drive new business growth. They will own and nurture relationships across multiple levels within client organizations and retailers while also leading and developing a high-performing sales team.This position is based in Northwest Arkansas. Please note that relocation costs will not be provided.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership & Execution of Company StrategyLead a team of omni account managers, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer.Own and drive the omni-channel strategy, with a primary focus on Walmart Inc., including its development, optimization, and strategic presentation to leadership.Build and expand the Sales team, ensuring over-performance against company objectives.Oversee budgeting and P&L management for specific client partnerships.Strategic Client LeadershipDevelop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for each client, aligned with mutually agreed financial targets while identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for each client, aligned with mutually agreed financial targets while identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.
