About the Role:Job Title: Research & Sales AnalystProject Summary:The Research & Sales Analyst will work at Elk Grove, CA 5 days a week. The Research & Sales Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing subscriber accounts, identifying products misuse, and strategizing ways to recover loss revenue and ensure online product security compliance. This person proactively researches large groups, works with National Accounts and identifies opportunities to increase sales, security compliance and customer retention. The role will collaborate with Business Systems, IT and other departments to contribute ideas that will help improve tools and processes to protect the clients' best interests.Responsibility:Identify revenue opportunities while analyzing usage reports to ensure online product security complianceCollaborating with Strategic Markets to reduce compliance issues and maximize customer retention, sales revenue and net sales profitQualify, implement, and maintain mandated groups with bi-annual reviews for new sales opportunityAdministrate pricing compliance by validating new sales fall in line with current pricing strategies and promotions, as well as work to bring groups under a single, cohesive agreement to align pricingMonitor and analyze complimentary accounts and integration partners for sales opportunityRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Minimum five years' sales or comparable sales type experience.Excellent writing and editing skills.Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Strong sales and closing skills.Preferred Qualifications: Moderate to advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, more specifically EXCELBasic understanding of SQLExperience in product security compliance is a plus.Location: Elk Grove, CA (5 days a week)Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geographymarket, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
