We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title: Equipment Commissioning and Qualification Engineer Location: Summit, NJDuration: 12 monthsPay rate: $60.50 hr on W2Job Description:Blue Mountain RamGMP experience, SDLC regulations, 21 CFR Part 11Experience with equipment calibrationHighly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with extensive background in database systems. Innate ability to learn new software, such as corporate intranet and enterprise business.Ability to interact effectively with laboratory, QA, and Facilities groups.Experience working directly with bench-topExperience working directly with benchtop manufacturing and laboratory equipment (cell counters, liquid handlers, Flow Cytometry, UPLC, HPLC, etc.) preferred.Executes equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, performance verification, and repair activities in both laboratory and manufacturing areas. Roles and Responsibilities:Supervises vendors for calibration, preventative maintenance, performance verification, and repair functions.Review and approve vendor-executed calibration, maintenance, repair, and performance verification records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards.Works closely with and enters data into the site CMMS system.Ensures all calibration, PM, and performance verification records are filed appropriately after approval.Writes and supports deviations that result from calibration or performance verification failures, along with developing and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.Support the development, revision, and reviewSupport the development, revision, and review of written procedures for calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance verification of equipment.About ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
