This is a critical and visible role requiring a combination of leadership, talent management, customer service and driving process excellence.Key Responsibilities of the Billing SupervisorManages a team of Analysts by assigning work responsibilities, ensuring work quality and timeliness, resolving problems, training, mentoring and assessing work performanceDirects daily, monthly and other team priorities, ensuring timely completion and communication to appropriate partiesEnsures smooth workflow and equitable assignment distribution while managing changing workloadsResolves billing issues while ensuring compliance with Firm deadlines and policiesAssesses team practices and processes; recommends and implements enhancements Serves as an empowering support resource for Billing Analysts Works directly with partners by providing timely and candid communication to facilitate problem resolutionIn collaboration with Regional Billing Manager, drives and leads strategic team initiativesSkills & Attributes of the Billing SupervisorBachelor's degree preferred You will have Supervisory line management experience with a minimum of five years of related professional services experienceYou will be experienced in either a law firm, legal services, consulting or other professional services businessWell-developed legal billing software expertise, Aderant preferredAbility to demonstrate a high level of business acumen and professionalism when working with internal and external clients at all levelsMust be self-motivated and operate in a time sensitive environmentUnderstand the importance of time management, the ability to prioritize one's workload and the significance of being accurate and detail orientedHave superior customer service skills and demonstrate ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environmentApplications can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the USA without restriction.
