Position: Concrete Division Crew Leader Location: Hudson, WI (Servicing MN & WI metro area) just 15 minutes from St. Paul Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonuses + Benefits Schedule: Seasonal (April - November) | Avg. 45 hrsweek | Winter project work availableAbout UsAt Environmental Landscape Management (ELM), we take pride in delivering high-quality concrete and landscape projects that stand the test of time. If you're a skilled finisher, a strong leader, and take pride in precision work, this is the role for you.What You'll DoAs a Concrete Division Crew Leader, you'll take ownership of our concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results while leading a skilled team. Your role will include:✅ Leadership & TeamworkSet the tone for a positive and motivated crew culture.Lead daily jobsite operations, working alongside your crew.Mentor and train team members to ensure top-quality craftsmanship.✅ Concrete Installation & Project ManagementOversee all aspects of concrete installation, including forming, pouring, finishing, and sealing.Manage project schedules and coordinate with Sales, Design, and Production teams.Order materials, schedule pump trucks, and ensure job sites run efficiently.Set benchmark goals for large projects and create clear plans to meet them.Ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.✅ Customer & Crew CoordinationConduct pre-job site visits to ensure proper municate directly with customers to ensure plete daily job tracking (materials used, hours worked, progress reports).✅ Cross-Team CollaborationAssist with landscape division projects when the concrete schedule allows.Work closely with the Production Manager to optimize resources.Help coordinate annual DOT inspections for vehicles.What We're Looking ForWe want a high-energy leader who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being hands-on in the field.Must-Haves: ✔ 5+ years of concrete finishing experience (including decorativestamped concrete) ✔ 5+ years leading crews ✔ Strong project management skills with an eye for efficiency ✔ A team-first attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment ✔ Valid driver's licenseWhat We Offer💰 Competitive Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience 📈 Bonuses: Performance-based incentives 🏖 Paid Holidays 💡 Retirement Plan with Company Match ❄ Winter Work Available: Extra earnings for winter project installationsWhy Join Us?At Environmental Landscape Management, we don't just build concrete"”we build careers.
