Architectural Project Manager

We are working with an Architectural firm that is growing due to workload and repeat clients. They are a mid sized firm that is well established and in strong markets.They are looking for a Project Manager that is experienced in the K-12 Education (DSA) market. Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of experience in Architectural proficiency in Auto-Cad and Revit. Candidate must also have a bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Architecture. Candidates will be responsible for all aspects of Project management including client communication, management of the team, and management of account finance from project conception to completion.ResponsibilitiesCreate plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of projectUtilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished productConduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standardsOversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction processCollaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture3+ years of experience in construction and architectureStrong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in Revit
