Client Services Director needed for Startup FinTech Investment Platform in Norwalk, CT. Our client provides a one of a kind portfolio and financial reporting software to ultra-high-networth individuals and family offices. The Client Services Director will support a book of clients utilizing the platform and provide on-boarding services, provide technical support as needed, maintain change and add additional feature requests , follow the progress of the technology and or operations staff in addressing items, and provide support where needed in a startup environment.Our client is seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field, 4 to 7 years of equivalent work experience.
