Job Title: Strategic Planning and Operations LeadLocation: Menlo Park, CA (Preferred) or New York, NYPay Rate: $52 - $60 per hourDuration: 6-month contract - likely to extendJob DescriptionThe Sales Strategic Planning & Operations group is seeking an experienced business leader to drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and overall operational excellence for Business Messaging sales and partnerships at Meta. Business Messaging aims to be the preferred way businesses communicate with their customers. This role will collaborate closely with the leadership team of Business Messaging, as well as cross-functional teams including sales, partnerships, marketing, finance, and HR.The primary objective is to enable revenue growth through data-driven business strategies and operational efficiency. This role requires a flexible skillset to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including resource planning, goal-setting, business analysis, sales pipeline reporting, internal communications, data deep dives, project leadership, and contributing to team culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about Meta's platforms"”especially WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct"”and has a proven track record of proactive operational leadership in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and improve planning processes, including goal-setting, project prioritization, and headcount planning.Develop and present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leaders and internal stakeholders to drive key business initiatives and programs.Connect the dots across teams to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business recommendations.Lead business reviews for the Business Messaging leadership team, including monthlyquarterly reviews and sales pipeline reporting.Present findings to an executive audience, ensuring clear and compelling communication.Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive alignment on key initiatives.Contribute to a strong organizational culture and values.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of experience in strategic planning andor business operations in the technology industry, messaging space, enterprise SaaS, or a relevant industry.Experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects.Proven ability to lead and present sales revenue reviews, including pipeline reporting.Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience working with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to navigate fast-growth and ambiguity while executing successful plans.Strong commercialbusiness acumen with attention to detail and results-driven mindset.Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization.Preferred QualificationsMBA or graduate degree.Consulting background, advisory role experience, or strategyoperations expertise.Experience with advanced quantitative analysis and actionable insights.Passion for Meta products, particularly WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.Experience in enterprise SaaS businesses, sales operations, and large-scale programs.SQL proficiency, experience with pipeline management and Salesforce CRM.Familiarity with large-scale technology companies such as AWS (not Amazon), Google Cloud (not Google), ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Oracle.Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
