Project ManagerLocation : 500 Staples Drive, CORP*CORP , Framingham , MA 01702*Hybrid Role (3 days in office 2 days remote)*-Up to 20 weeksDuration : 4 Months+Pay rate : $33.18The Project Manager - TSA Precheck objectives are operations, project management and performance management, which you will deliver through strong analytical skills and partnership management between several Staples Business Units (Planogram, Fixtures, Operations, Stores and Marketing) as well as our vendor partners. The Project Manager - TSA Precheck role is critical to accelerating change and super-charging this high-potential business. Responsibilities: Project management- Leading and coordinating work needed for physical set up in stores between multiple cross functional partners through weekly calls and trackers Solving any problems at a store level for in store set up via tickets and emails Submitting requests for store communications and workload, creating ziplines Business relationships- Maintain business relationship for both TSA PreCheck vendors including weekly calls Contribute to discussions on any new contractsamendments with legal and leadership Submitting any invoices to pay partners Marketing- Working with internal teams for marketing launches and assets Working with vendor partners for new marketing asks and approvals TSA Precheck deployments- Coordinate with operations partners to ensure stores are launching for PreCheck in a timely manner Helping solve any bottlenecks in this process related to hiring, vetting, and in store readiness Creating site surveys in PowerPoint Leadership updates- Help coordinate updates to Field Leadership teams Communicate risks and program concerns to Travel leadership team Financials- Forecasting sales and labor Providing forecasts and actual sales to accounting team every period CommunicationInteractions: Internal & External Customers:Engage regularly with external vendors. Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding various activity. Collaborate with immediate and cross-functional teams, create project plans and implement timelines roll out. Manage cross functional relationships and ensure that other business units are supporting programs around Planogram, Fixtures, Operations, Stores and Marketing. Skills: Preferred skills and experience: Project management experience with strong financial acumen and data analysis. Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Suite. Proven experience at least two year or relavant experienceOrganized, proactive personality, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills. Aggressive and proactive attitude to solve problems and win at all levels. Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task priorities Capability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment with ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups. Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
