Bravado represents a privately-held Marketing Tech SaaS startup that has already landed more than 100 customers, including Carta, Apollo, Salesloft, Amazon, and WP Engine. This 10-employee, Series A firm ($11 million in total funding), which is backed by Techstars, Alumni Ventures, Struck Capital, Social Leverage, and Javelin Venture Partners, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to sell $30k to $100k+ ACV deals to B2B companies across many industries. Target sectors include software, cybersecurity, and financial services. This is a hybrid role based out of their San Francisco office. We enable businesses to host dynamic virtual events directly on their websites, featuring live chat, polls, Q&A sessions, and robust analytics. Our customizable tools ensure seamless brand integration and effective audience interaction that drive significant business impact.Role* Individual contributor role, reporting to the CEO and working hybrid from their San Francisco office.* $110k base salary, $220k OTE. Uncapped comp plan with accelerators. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships and showcasing how our webinar solution can truly make a difference in pipeline value. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle, from first call to close.Strategically prospect into CMOs, Marketing Directors, and others in related fields. Navigate mid-market organizations to map stakeholders, generate pipeline, build champions, get buy-in, and close deals with C-Level and VP-level decision makers.Work closely with your peers in sales, marketing, and business development to develop programs that drive new pipeline and revenue.Demonstrate the value of our technology, whether addressing tech-savvy individuals or beginners in the webinar space.Collaborate intimately with our GTM, technology, design, and leadership teams to develop solutions that fulfill our customers' requirements.Familiarize yourself with our product roadmap and ensure our solutions meet the client's expectations.Requirements3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales roles.Must be in the San Francisco Bay Area, or willing to relocate. We have a brand-new office ✨Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets with 5-6 figure ACV deals and driving revenue growth.Pipeline Generation: You understand the importance of building consistent pipeline. You're comfortable across the sales development organization in both prospecting and qualifying your surfaced opportunities.Passionate about Sales Process & Rigor: You are comfortable running end-to-end sales cycles. You understand the importance of how to properly forecast a book of business and keep the business informed on the status of deals, customer blockers, and accelerants.Proficiency with a Modern Sales Stack: You are proficient in a modern sales stack including a CRM, sales engagement platform, prospecting and qualification tools, and forecasting.Excellent communication skills: articulate clearly both verbally and in writing.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving: You will be a key member of the team in the scaling of the motion. Because of this, you must be comfortable with ambiguity and have a builder's mindset.Passion for feedback: values the exchange of positive and constructive feedback. Actively provide feedback to drive the best results for the company and be open to receiving feedback for continuous improvement.Salary InfoThis position accommodates various levels of experience and expertise. During our interview process, we will evaluate your background alongside local market data, employing a combination of technical and qualitative assessments to establish your placement within our range. We will discuss compensation during our initial conversation and maintain transparency throughout the process regarding the level we believe best aligns with your qualifications within our organization.OTE: $200,000 - $220,000 OTE, but you can earn a lot more if you're successful due to our uncapped commission and generous accelerator structure.
