Job Summary:Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our client in daily operations. This role involves performing clerical and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, managing front desk and telephone reception, and assisting customers with their goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time, direct hire role and is fully in office. Pay will range from $38,500-$40,000. Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.Maintain records and ensure accurate record-keeping.Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist customers with inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.Process sales of goods and services, guiding customers through available options.Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with staff.Ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment.Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of one year of administrative experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Positive customer service experience, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with the public.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.Ability to work a flexible five-day schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - A 40 hour work week.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
