He or she will lean into the business and cover a broad range of duties supporting operations by understanding and relating key performance indicators. By translating KPI's, various business scenarios and strategies, they will tell a story about where the business is and where it can and should go. In the end, this proactive approach utilizing broad-based business analytics will lead to the best possible results for the organization.Responsibilities include assisting in driving the performance of the company in a broad range of operational and strategic areas:· Participate in shaping the current and future analytical and presentationreporting process for the business as well as create an impact on sales teams, business units and the C suite.· Leads key analytics analysis for the company both domestically and internationally as well as heavily participates in corporate initiatives· Provide analysis across various product lines including multiple vertically integrated products to produce and analyze KPI's which will lead to achieving company goals and increasing company revenue.· Takes a leadership role in planning and executing activities with other functions and stakeholders through a well-conceived and executed strategic planning process.· Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements.· Works closely with senior management for budgeting and forecasting as well as annual planning. Identify and execute on opportunities for improvement.· Manages efficient distribution of financial information and other business intelligence essential to the company goals and objectives.· Accountable for accurate and on-time planning, reporting and forecasting.· Lead analysis on product performance and adoption to drive insights.· Understands and highlight dailyweeklyquarterly trends.· Develops a deep understanding of existing business using data to build insights about customers, products and competitors.· Synthesizes financial impacts on the business and provides business analytics to drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth.· Supports sales teams on medium and long-term planning including revenue potential, product focus, resourcing and pricing.· Strategically evaluates market opportunities and works with leadership and country specific cross-functional teams and leaders to drive growth in the business.· Analyzes financial and business performance against key business metrics.· Prepares periodic forecasts to update management on projections, determine significant variances from plan and provides explanations.· Other special projects.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related · 5-8 years of relevant financial analysis including experience· Previous experience performing FP&A functions and analyzing key performance indicators in a sophisticated environment· Advanced level of Excel and advanced financial modeling experience required· Prior experience working in a complex organization which requires collaboration, juggling multiple priorities, internal customers and internal collaboration· Ability to foster cooperative relationships with peer leaders, management, and support personnel· Proven track record of reporting achievement of strategic objectives· Prior experience at a best in class, mid to large sized companydivision· Must be results driven, solution oriented, focused and motivated with excellent decision making capabilities· Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment· Detail oriented but also have the ability to think strategically and understand the big pictureThank you for your consideration!
