If you are a proactive and resourceful professional with a passion for operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:Oversee and manage BOI (Business Operations Intelligence) reporting to drive data-informed decisions.Maintain and refine administrative systems to ensure operational efficiency.Supervise IT systems, software tools, and technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and user accessibility.Coordinate with IT vendors to address technical issues and implement updates.Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.Manage office infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Supervise administrative staff, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.Foster a positive, productive office culture in alignment with the firm's values.Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and equipped to support client needs and team productivity.Manage office supplies, maintenance, and safety protocols.Oversee financial functions, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and collections.Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.Manage the firm's website, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and aligned with branding.Coordinate with external marketing vendors as needed to enhance the firm's online presence.Qualifications of the Office Manager:Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or office management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.Proficiency in IT systems, financial software, and reporting tools.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.P-5
