We're seeking driven and results-oriented Field Sales Specialist to join our Emerging Markets Outside Sales team. This field-based role focuses on acquiring new restaurant partners in untapped markets across Arkansas.Responsibilities:Prospect, cold call, and meet with restaurant owners in person to sign them up.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.Achieve and exceed monthly new partnership targets.Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers for market insights and support.Travel extensively within assigned territory (primarily within 1 hour of assigned city, with occasional longer trips and overnights).Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a closing sales role.Proven ability to travel extensively (at least 50% of the time) and manage a demanding travel schedule.Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.Preferred Skills:Experience selling to small businesses, particularly restaurants or similar businesses.Background in route sales (e.g., foodbeverage distribution).Experience with high-velocity, transactional sales cycles.Benefits:Travel expenses covered by the company.Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading food delivery platform.
