Serving both residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities Metro area, we are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team. The Commercial Account Manager will play a key role in developing and generating new business opportunities. This involves prospecting, leading sales initiatives, and raising company awareness through active participation in industry associations, social media engagement, and other sales-focused activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a strong emphasis on commercial sales strategies. You will be responsible for proactively seeking and securing new commercial business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Candidate Profile:The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently. Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong commitment to success are essential qualities for this role.Key Responsibilities:Business Development - Proactively identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities, while pursuing and nurturing a strong pipeline for both new and existing clients. Utilize social media and networking to expand your professional connections. Client Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. Understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their property maintenance goals.Sales Strategy - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive proposals and presentations that address client requirements.Product Knowledge - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's service offerings. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion. Contract Negotiation - Spearhead contract, pricing, and term negotiations with clients. Prepare estimates that align with company goals and client needs and expectations.Account Management - Foster and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Expand existing accounts by delivering exceptional service, maintaining regular contact, conducting site visits, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Reporting - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.Collaboration - Work with internal teams, including management and service partners, to ensure seamless delivery of service to clients.Personal Growth: Continuously conduct research and pursue professional development to enhance process improvement, industry knowledge, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities. QualificationsIndustry Knowledge - Solid understanding of the lawn care and snow removal industry.Sales Skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Client Focus - Ability to understand and address the unique needs of commercial clients, translating them into effective munication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.Requirements· 2+ years of customer facing sales.· 2+ years of sales prospecting experience.· Proven experience in CRM management, ideally 2+ years.· Valid MN Driver's License. · Typing 45 wordsmin or above.· Ability to learn new pensation$60k-$105k annually (includes bonus potential) Medical and dental insurancePTOHoliday packageSimple IRA Opportunities for professional growth.
