Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office Google product MUST HAVE current Geographical Information Systems knowledge to conduct environmental historic preservation and cultural resource analysis and to prepare appropriate compliance documentation Strong knowledge of Geographical Information Systems and Last-Mile wireline services. Project Manager PM experience particularly with being responsible for communication and project coordination of cross-functional teams.
