Store and Client Support Specialist

We're looking for a Store and Client Support Specialist to be the friendly face of our store while handling retail operations and administrative tasks.What You'll Do:Customer Service & Sales SupportAnswer phones, collect lead information, and follow lead proceduresAssist customers with product and pond decisionsProcess payments, apply transactions to accounts, and handle depositsContact past-due accounts and assist with basic client follow-upsRetail & Store OperationsMaintain tidiness in the store, parking lot, and outdoor pond display areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)Restock and organize inventory, apply pricing, and update our Square POS systemImprove merchandising and maintain an inviting retail spaceProcess mail, deliveries, and purchase ordersManage warranty claims and delegate property repairs as neededPond & Display MaintenanceMaintain water levels in all store display ponds, plant tanks, and fish tanksEnsure display features are clean, clear, and visually appealingClean skimmer baskets and filter pads on display ponds weeklyAdd water treatments to display featuresAdministrative SupportMaintain files for vehicles, insurance, and vendorsOrganize and send receipts to bookkeepersLiaison between management, bookkeepers, and insurance providersWho We're Looking For:✔ Customer service or retail experience (home services experience is a big plus!)✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail✔ Comfortable multitasking and working independently✔Experience with POS systems (Square) and basic bookkeeping is a bonus✔Someone who enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor workWhy You'll Love Working With Us:- A fun, supportive work environment in a niche industry- A hands-on role where no two days are the same- Opportunities to learn and grow in customer service, retail, and business operations- Competitive pay and perksReady to Apply?We'd love to hear from you!
