Interim Chief Financial Officer

Focus Search Partners has been engaged with a Private Equity client and they are in search of an interim CFO consultant for their $200M+ distribution services portfolio company based in Rosemont, IL. Their current CFO has resigned and they would ideally like someone to engage on an interim basis as soon as possible.This is a on-site first role with an expectation to be in the office 4-5 days a week. Our CFO will oversee both accounting and finance, with a heavier hand on the FP&A and budgeting side of the business. .Candidate Experience Requirements & Engagement Details:Track record of success as a Hands-on, Corporate (not Divisional) CFO for PE-owned businesses with revenues of $100M-$400M.Experience in distribution services or business services industryExperience managing the FP&A function.Experience with Cash flow management.Experience working with manual processes.Prior experience working with private equity backed companies with direct line of communication to the sponsor.Available immediately and willing to commit to a 3-6 month engagement.
