American Vanguard is publicly held NYSE: AVD.The Role:We are seeking a Treasury Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience to add significant value to the transformation of our organization including implementing improved treasury processes. The company culture is dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast paced created through a string of international acquisitions and global growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee global banking services and treasury processesAccount administration and payment workflowsGlobal cash management and liquidity optimizationBanking and intercompany reconciliationsEnhance and maintain cash forecasting models (short-term, long-term, and ad-hoc) with variance analysisPrepare quarterly bank covenant compliance calculations Support the development and implementation of treasury policies to improve governance and efficiencyCollaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to align treasury with corporate goalsSupport other financial reporting and requirements within the departmentSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferably at a public company, including cash forecasting, SOX compliance, and investment reportingIn-depth knowledge of bank services, cash management structures, account administration, payment processing, and liquidity optimizationAdvanced financial modeling and analysis (Advanced Excel required)Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proven experience managing multiple priorities effectivelyResults-driven, motivated, adaptable and an effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skillsWHAT WE OFFER:Industry-leading Medical, Dental, and Vision care; Life and Disability Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA); 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with employer match; Employee Stock Purchasing Plan (ESPP); Vacation, Sick, Holiday time off as well as a Wellness program .
