Customer Service Representative

Galloway Consolidated Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Bema, Inc, Elite Extrusion Technology and Bema Digital Innovations, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced organization. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers looking to place orders• Work with warehouse and pre-press personnel for order accuracy and timely shipment• Manage backorderout of stock items• Issue credits• Track orders and packaging slips• Follow up on order status with customer• Prepare bill of ladings, warehouse shipment labels and billings each day• Work with transportation companies to provide customer pickup and delivery dates• Handle customer inquiriescomplaints in a diplomatic, efficient, and knowledgeable manner• Assist with miscellaneous projects, mailing, faxes, etc. as needed• Participating member of the AIB Mock Recall teamEducation and Experience:• MUST have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment• Experience using and ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics NAV - A PLUS• MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook• MUST have excellent communication skills and phone skills• MUST be highly organized• Experience processing digitally printed label, cartons or flexible packaging - A PLUS• Direct experience supporting customers that purchase pouches, laminated films, and extruded films - A PLUSRequired Qualifications:• Able to take initiative and identify areas to streamline processes and implement improvements• Mathematical skills are necessary for validation of estimates and billing• Self-starter, ability to work independently• Able to work well, have a strict attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure• Ability to multi-task successfully• Strong problem-solving talents• Helps ensure all procedures for the company and the American Institute of Baking (AIB) are followed.Estimated salary range is $55,000yr. - $67,500yr. and is based on, among other things, a candidate's experience, and qualifications.
