Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a manufacturing company located in Dunmore, PA, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Days) to join their team. What you will do in this role: Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient daily stall, assemble, and test new machines and equipment while adhering to workplace safety regulations.Conduct regular machine inspections, including visual checks, listening for irregular noises, and performing scheduled tests.Monitor machinery for signs of malfunctions, such as changes in performance, temperature fluctuations, unusual sounds, or atypical energy consumption.Troubleshoot and address issues related to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Read and interpret technical documents, including equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Perform routine and emergency repairs across a variety of equipment, identifying and replacing worn or damaged components.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient equipment operation.Utilize a variety of power and hand tools for maintenance tasks.Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations in all aspects of work. What you will bring to the role: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a mechanical or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Experience with HVACR systems and industrial mechanics.Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tools.Ability to perform stick welding for repairs and fabrication.Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work weekends, as needed.
