About the PositionThe Project Engineer will join the Production Enhancement team, focusing on Flexi-Coil® pipeline remediation projects. This role encompasses managing all phases of engineered projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.While primarily onshore, the position may occasionally require short offshore assignments.Reporting to the Director of Project Engineering, the role is based in our Houston office and may involve domestic and international travel as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the technical content and engineering of all assigned projects.Defining project scope, setting goals, creating detailed project plans, establishing timelines, and allocating resources.Manage the interface and coordination between the Paradigm and client.Ensure that key documents such as Operational procedures, P&IDs, Risk assessments, and single line diagrams accurately completed as requestedBasic hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic understanding of industry equipmentWorking knowledge of Coiled Tubing equipment in an offshore environmentWorking knowledge of subsea, pipeline and flowline environmentFollows the project offshore if required to work as part of the offshore operational teamQualifications Requirements & PreferencesUS work authorization (Required).International Travel (Required).Engineering Degree (Preferred).Project Management qualification (Preferred).Project ManagementEngineering experience (Required).Minimum 5 years' experience in an oil & Gas environment.Offshore Certified (Preferred).Oil Industry Experience in Coiled Tubing andor Pipeline remediation services (Required).Industry knowledge of design standards and codes such as AMSE, ANSI, API, and similar.Experience with engineering duties on multiple simultaneous small to medium-sized projects (Required).Non-Technical SkillsAbility to plan, develop and coordinate a large project or several small projects.Ability to supervise the work of others.Fundamental understanding of the disciplines and their interface points.Conducts project coordination meetings with the project team and client.Excellent Microsoft suite skills.
