Our client is looking for a senior level Estimator who has experience (estimating all divisions) of ground up commercial construction. The ideal candidate enjoys conceptual estimating and doing a fair amount takeoffs for ground up multi-family commercial building construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M+. Previous experience estimating for a multi-family company is strongly preferred. A lot of projects they do also are healthcare, schools (k-12), municipality buildings, etc., not as much industrial or retail.If you enjoy negotiation during the estimating phase of the project, embrace technology to be more efficient, work on a diverse portfolio of projects, then this is the role for you. The Estimator will work closely with the Sr. Estimator as well as the Director of Preconstruction.
