This is a critical role that blends client service, policy management, and cross-selling opportunities to maintain and grow our book of business. If you're passionate about helping clients, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic, supportive team environment, this is the right place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Policy ManagementServe as the primary contact for an assigned book of personal lines clients.Provide expert guidance on policy changes, coverage options, and risk management solutions.Manage policy renewals, ensuring accurate coverage and a seamless process.Handle endorsement requests, billing inquiries, and policy servicing.Work closely with banks, mortgage brokers, and inspection companies to ensure a smooth client experience.Retention & GrowthMaintain strong client relationships with a focus on proactive service and retention.Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage and provide the best possible protection.Work with Account Executives and producers on renewal strategies.Educate clients on policy discounts, coverage enhancements, and market trends.Administrative & Compliance ResponsibilitiesUtilize Applied EPIC to track policy activity, document client interactions, and manage renewals.Ensure all policies adhere to underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements.Coordinate e-signatures and ensure proper documentation is maintained.What You Bring to the Table✅ 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance (account management, servicing, or underwriting).✅ Active P&C Insurance License (Required).✅ Experience with Applied EPIC or other agency management systems.✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills"”comfortable working with clients and internal teams.✅ A solutions-driven mindset"”you take initiative, solve problems efficiently, and stay detail-oriented.Why Join Lathrop Insurance?✨ Career Growth: We're committed to investing in your success with ongoing training & professional development.✨ Supportive Work Culture: A collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued.✨ Competitive Compensation & Benefits:Comprehensive medical benefits package 401(k) with company matchingPaid Time Off (PTO) & Parental LeaveBonus opportunities
