This full-time, in-office role requires a highly skilled professional capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will develop tools to improve efficiency, collaborate with project teams, and ensure drafting standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop tools to automate tasks and improve engineering workflowsCollaborate with the CAD team and employees from various technical backgrounds on projectsPerform QAQC for drafting work with oversight from a supervisor or project managerReview project requirements to determine scope and design directionCoordinate with project managers and engineers to establish project requirements and deadlinesCreate drawings using CAD templates, client-specific templates, or existing CAD filesComplete drafting using information from multiple sources and make necessary correctionsReview drawings from other CAD team members to ensure consistency with drafting standardsProvide technical and procedural support to CAD team membersPerform additional related tasks as required or assignedQualificationsTechnical Certificate or Associate Degree in Computer-Aided DraftingMinimum of 5 years of drafting experience in wireless telecommunications or a related industryExperience in the wireless telecommunications industry preferredWorking knowledge of structural and basic electrical systemsProficiency in AutoCAD drafting platform and drafting techniquesAbility to analyze multiple sources of information, visualize in three dimensions, and determine appropriate design directionStrong oral and written communication skills to effectively express questions, explanations, and suggestionsProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS TeamsAuthorizationMust be eligible to work in the United States pensationTo be determined based on experience.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD professional to contribute to a fast-paced, technical environment.
