Job Title: Process Project Engineer Location: West Lafayette, IN Industry: Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Process Project Engineer to join our team at a large manufacturing plant in West Lafayette, IN. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production results, leading and participating in engineering projects, and designing efficient manufacturing processes. You will also mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the plant.As a Process Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement.
