AI Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager (AI)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension)Location: Malvern, PA 19355100% Remote Responsibilities:Looking for a PM that has experience working on AI projects and services.IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of project sponsors and key stakeholdersLead end-to-end AI implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project communicationsManage cross-functional teams of varying sizes across different projects, adapting leadership style to team dynamicsExperience working with teams of Data Scientist and Data EngineersDevelop and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationPolished Executive Communication skills, comfortable collaborating with Sr IT Leaders and Business Executives to define, plan and deliver complex IT projects.Manages end-to-end delivery of 2-4 large-scale, complex IT - AI projects at any given timeLeads IT Project team, composed of both Teammates and Guest TeammatesCollaborates with senior stakeholders within IT and Internal Business Partners to clearly articulate scope boundaries and quantify business value to be deliveredRepresents the project in various governance meeting and inter-departmental forumsManages project scope, schedule and budget, to ensure IT commitments are met within established time, cost and quality parameters.Proactively manages project risks, issues. Identifies and resolves blockers raised by project team.EducationExperience:4+ years of experience managing IT and AI implementation projectsStrong track record of successful project delivery in technology implementationsExcellent client communication and relationship management skillsPMP certification or Agile certificationExperience using AgileIterative project management platforms (Jira, Confluence)Experience using a PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool. (Apptio Target Process)Experience financial management (Apptio One, Excel)Experienced with stakeholder expectation management
