Winter Inc. & Co., an industry leading supplier of metals and alloy powders, is looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager to join their team in Camden, NJ. This role is critical in generating revenue through effective account management by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services. The majority of your time will be spent growing established accounts while developing relationships with brand new companies that truly value your technical expertise and the products that F. W. Winter has to offer.This is a unique sales career in which you will have greater freedom in running your sales practice for a dynamic, global manufacturer. You will be provided with incredible support from the Director of Operations to make sure that you are an expert in their products and able to solve unique client challenges.As a valued team member, you will enjoy:· Top compensation - $120,000 minimum starting salary or more depending on experience· Incredible benefits package including: medical, dental and vision coverage through ADP Total Source· Company provided cell phone and laptop· Gym and restaurant discounts Bonus ProgramQualified candidates must have:· Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Marketing or related field· At least 5 years of sales experience · Technical knowledge from either education or work experience (ideally related to metal manufacturing)· Experience in trading is a plusPlease click Apply or email your information to: Functions:· Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.· Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.· Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.· Prepares and presents sales proposals.· Plans and manages sales territory.· Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.· Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of metal and alloy industry product information.· Continually gathers information on established industry and business climate within the region and abroad; communicates information to management and others as needed.· Work closely with all Commercial and Manufacturing staff to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing cross promotional opportunities.· Negotiates contracts and work agreements.· Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.· Prepare weekly sales reports, activities, inventory, and revenue reports.· Maintain current knowledge of industry trends.· Provides timely and accurate reports as required.· Attends and participates in businesstrade events that impact business unit.· Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.· Required to travel to and from customers throughout the U.S.A.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
