Senior Accountant

Insight Global is looking for an Sr. Accountant to join a diverse industrial manufacturing client located in Stafford, Tx. This person will be reporting directly into a Sr. Accounting Manager and will be working alongside one-three other Sr Accountant counterparts. This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting responsibilities for one of the company's Manufacturing sites. This individual will be required to perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost analysis, inventory analysis, and more for the plant they are overseeing. This person must have experience with inventory manufacturing accounting as well as communicating across several different groups including the Plant Manager, plant personnel such as Inventory Management and others within the Accounting Organization. This person should have a background in one or more of Operation Accounting, Manufacturing Accounting, andor Cost Accounting. This role allows a hybrid schedule of 2 days a week allowing this person to work from home and 3 days a week in the Stafford office. Experience with S4Hanna, Oracle, SAP, or any relative ERP is required.
