The AM is responsible for helping their team achieve growth and retention objectives by providing timely, accurate and professional service to all customers.Responsibilities:Process applications for, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies.Reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answeredChanging policy records to conform to insured party's specificationsCompiling data on lapsed insurance policies to determine automatic reinstatement according to company policiesPrompt response to requests for information from the customer, adjuster, or appraiseAssist with coverage, marketing letters, and overflow phone callsCross-sell and up-sell when talking with clientsQuoting when needed on policy changes, new business and remarketingEstablish and maintain good working relationships with carrierEducationExperience:High School Diploma, College Education Preferred3+ Years' Experience in Employee Benefits Account Management PreferredCurrent LifeHealth License Preferred andor no negative history to have a declined license
