JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for a Sr. Electronic Warfare and RF Engineer to join a DOD Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic WarfareElectromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EW) and ElectronicsRadio Frequency (RF) Engineering, with extensive experience in intelligence and imaging technologies. This role involves analyzing and presenting project status, developing technical assessments, and providing integration guidance across multiple domains. Responsibilities include: - Analyze and present project status, long-range plans, and program accomplishments in relation to program objectives, budgetary constraints, schedules, technical requirements, and risk. - Assess affordability and planning for unique technologies, modifications, and integration guidance for design reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, program strategy evolution, and modernization reviews. - Collaborate with technology leads and program managers to develop technical assessments, briefings, input, and recommendations. Develop technical inputs and integration guidance across Multi-Sensor Dominance, Sensing Architecture, Advanced Processing and Dissemination, and Operational Enablers lines of effort within the Cross-Functional Team (CFT).REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Must have an activecurrent TSSCI clearance. • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Electronic WarfareElectromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EW) and ElectronicsRadio Frequency (RF) Engineering • Must have OpticsImagery Experience • Must have expertise in multiple domains, to include terrestrial, airborne, high-altitude, and space Command and Control (C2) network architectures. • Familiarity with DoD and Army Science and Technology (S&T) development, AcquisitionProgram Office, and Requirements processes, funding sources, and organizations • Open system architectures initiative experience • Cyber planning experience • Understands RF enabled cyber theory and practical pensation:$170,000hr to $190,000yr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
