Monitoring Engineer

Job location: Chandler, AZ or Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)Rollout of Dynatrace as the strategic monitoring tool across banking applications, replacing AppDynamics.Monitoring setup for Applications on Cloud and Containers infrastructure.Host demos, overviews and training of the monitoring tools for adoption across teams, preparing related materials to support sessions and adoption of tools (presentations, operational manuals etc.).Liaise with regional technical leads in the planning and scheduling of deployments.Consult with the local teams and assist in configuration of monitoring eventsdashboards to maximize the potential and use of monitoring tool.Preparation of regional reporting of monitoring tools adoption and other related data points and other relevant metrics.Participate in global discussions on the continuation and evolution on global monitoring strategy.Drives application event-based automation.Experience with Splunk.A good knowledge of:DynatraceSplunk Enterprise including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging of the tool for analytical and alerting capabilitiesProven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Microfocus BPM, Sitescope, Dynatrace, Catchpoint etc.Knowledge of OS (WindowsUnix) based infrastructure services, ***************More about Dexian****************Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
