If you are eager to contribute in a meaningful way and grow within an innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including department stores and specialty boutiques.Develop and manage seasonal sales plans, including budgets and reorder strategies, ensuring goals are met for each account.Analyze sales performance, utilizing reporting tools to track progress and implement initiatives that drive sales growth.Lead quarterly market appointments and showroom presentations, ensuring product knowledge and creative selling strategies are top-notch.Regularly visit accounts in your territory to develop relationships and provide ongoing support to drive sales performance.Stay on top of market trends, identifying opportunities to open new accounts and expand brand presence.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure product performance and meet deadlines for order finalization.Support day-to-day sales operations including RA's, re-orders, and ensuring accurate product details across partner platforms.Work closely with senior team members on markdown strategies to manage inventory levels and support account success.What We're Looking For:A self-starter with a passion for the fashion industry and a results-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with key buyers and sales teams.A solid understanding of sales analytics and reporting to make data-driven decisions.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and reliability are a must.Previous experience in sales or a related role is preferred, but we are open to candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the wholesale fashion space.If you are looking to join a forward-thinking, collaborative team with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, apply today!
