Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIMVDC Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Autodesk's suite of products, project management experience in a multidisciplinary environment, and expertise in architectural and MEP systems design and construction methodologies. Key Qualifications:Mid-career professional with advanced expertise in Autodesk's Suite of Products, including Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks.Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including Owners, Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, and Trade -depth knowledge of architectural and MEP systems design, as well as construction methodologies and best practices. Responsibilities:Focus on growing capabilities, standardizing processes, and implementing advanced engineering technology across projects.Lead and maintain as-built 2D and 3D models of the facility, supporting design and construction projects, and enabling lifecycle management through engineering technology-based processes.Collaborate with capital project implementation and facility management teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) through advanced modeling and management tools.Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering technology, working closely with both internal and external partners to ensure reliable as-built centralized data management.Support design and construction projects by leading the implementation of execution plans and ensuring smooth transitions using innovative management methods and technology.Validate 3D models and data integration as an expert in Autodesk software, ensuring compliance with company standards throughout all project phases.Develop and lead technical training sessions on engineering technology and related software, empowering team members to utilize these tools effectively.Collaborate with site and global engineering teams to advance the implementation and utilization of digital tools, contributing to improved operations and outcomes. Requirements:Proven experience using Autodesk Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks) at an advanced level.Strong project management experience in a multidisciplinary setting.Knowledge of architectural and MEP systems design and construction best practices.Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to develop and lead training sessions for technical tools and processes.
