The group operates a comprehensive renewables and energy transition portfolio integrating hydropower, wind energy, solar power, distributed generation, and energy storage. This is an opportunity to collaborate with various portfolio companies helping them actualize their business and growth plans, working closely with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Support the active oversight of portfolio companies, ensuring maximized operating and financial performance through collaboration with company leaders.Develop and adjust business strategies, assist with financial forecasts, and ensure targeted investment returns are achieved through an active management approach.Assess and support follow-on investments, including M&A and project development.Contribute to the development and execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies.Ideal Candidate Profile:2+ years of experience in Investing, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or other relevant areas. (Renewables and Energy Transition is a plus)High level of proficiency in Excel and outstanding financial modeling skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
