Job Title: Project Manager (Reconstruction)Location: Scranton, PAJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $65,000 - $75,000AnnuallyJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Reconstruction) to oversee and manage all aspects of reconstruction projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing in-house trade staff, maintaining quality control, and fostering strong relationships with vendors, customers, and tenants. This role also involves operational sales, team development, and emergency response duties.Essential FunctionsOversee project costs, ensuring adherence to predetermined budgets.Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, and service delivery.Recruit and oversee subcontractors as needed for various projects.Supervise and coordinate in-house trade staff to ensure efficiency.Maintain quality control standards and enforce work site safety protocols.Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion.Contribute to operational sales efforts and promote company branding.Manage collection of project funds and ensure financial accountability.Coordinate with material suppliers and resource vendors.Foster strong customer and tenant relations, addressing concerns effectively.Provide ongoing training and professional development for team petenciesProficiency in computers, mobile devices, and various software platforms.Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and project management software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proven leadership and supervisory skills.Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently.Capacity to perform well under high-pressure and fast-paced conditions.Emergency After-Hours AssignmentsParticipate in a 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses outside regular business hours.Ensure all field team members are informed of their on-call assignments in a timely manner.Be responsive during assigned on-call shifts, answering all phone calls promptly.Ensure all on-call field team members remain accessible and responsive throughout their assigned shifts.Required Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of two years of related experience in project management, construction, or restoration.Preferred Education & ExperienceTwo or more years of experience managing repair projects in the insurance restoration industry.IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration.Project Management-related certifications andor training.
